Where do you deliver?
Delivery is free in Amman and 2 JOD elsewhere in Jordan. Your delivery fee is shown before you place your order.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery or CliQ. CliQ orders wait for payment verification before preparation.
How do I choose a product?
Open its product page to check the pack size, description and usage guidance. Follow the directions and ingredient list on the product you receive.
Can I save products for later?
Yes. Sign in, then use the heart on a product. Your saved products are in Account.
How do I see my orders?
Sign in with your email and password and open Account. You can follow the progress of orders placed while signed in.
Can I save more than one address?
Yes. Save named addresses in Account or during checkout, then select the one you want for each order.
Do you offer B2B orders?
Contact us for retail, hospitality, spa and bulk enquiries. Include products, quantities and your delivery location.
Can I return an item?
Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened products cannot be returned for a change of mind. Report damaged, defective or wrong products to us. Refunds are through CliQ only.
