Returns & exchanges.

Unopened, unused products with their original seal intact can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us within this period with your order reference to arrange the return.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for a change of mind. This restriction does not affect your rights if a product is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Report a damaged, defective or wrong product through Report a problem or WhatsApp. Include your order reference and describe what happened; photos can be sent through WhatsApp. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy.

We pay return delivery when the issue is our fault. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return delivery.

You may request cancellation any time before the order reaches you, including after dispatch. Contact us immediately so we can coordinate with the courier. If it is already on its way, do not accept delivery while we arrange the cancellation.

Refunds are issued through CliQ only, including for orders originally paid in cash. Provide your CliQ receiving details privately after we confirm the refund. Never send your bank password, PIN or verification codes.

These policies do not limit any rights provided by applicable consumer protection law.
